Tel Aviv Airport Transfers & Corporate Chauffeur: A Guide for International Teams
3 min read · Updated November 2026
Flying executives, investors or a delegation into Tel Aviv? This guide covers what international EAs, travel managers and office managers need to know about Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) transfers, hourly chauffeur service and corporate billing in Israel.
Quick answer: Send the flight number, the passenger's full name for the sign, their mobile number (WhatsApp) and the destination address. You'll get written confirmation with the driver's name, car model and license plate.
1. Airport meet & greet at Ben Gurion (TLV)
- Live flight tracking: pickup is timed to the actual landing time, so delays need no rebooking.
- Name sign in the Terminal 3 arrivals hall, after passport control, baggage claim and customs. Allow 30 to 60 minutes after landing.
- WhatsApp contact: the driver messages the passenger on landing. Israel's standard messaging app is WhatsApp, so please give us a mobile number that has it.
- Tel Aviv city center is typically 20 to 40 minutes away. As licensed taxis, our cars may use Israel's public-transport (bus) lanes, which helps at rush hour.
2. Hourly executive chauffeur
- Half day (4 hours) and full day (8 to 10 hours) packages for meeting days and investor roadshows across Tel Aviv, Herzliya Pituach, Ramat HaHayal and Ramat Gan.
- Delegations and events (2 to 5 days): a dedicated car and driver for the whole visit, with extra licensed cars coordinated through one contact.
- Intercity trips to Jerusalem, Haifa, the north and the south.
3. The car: VIP or Executive
- VIP: a 2026 all-electric Mercedes executive car with a whisper-quiet cabin for calls, on-board Wi-Fi, bottled water, phone chargers and an English-language newspaper. From ₪380 Tel Aviv to TLV.
- Executive: the first available executive car, model year 2023 or newer. From ₪280 Tel Aviv to TLV; when the Mercedes is free, it may be sent at the same price.
Every Apex Mobility driver is a licensed Israeli taxi driver.
4. Corporate accounts & invoicing
Companies can open an account and receive one consolidated monthly invoice. Each line shows the date, passenger, route and flight number, ready for expense reporting. We offer company-level benefits, such as every 10th ride free for the company.
5. Practical notes for Israel
- Shabbat and holidays: traffic and availability differ on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Jewish holidays, so book as early as you can.
- Pricing: Israeli taxi rides are regulated. You'll get a quote in advance, subject to the official tariff.
- Child seats must be requested at booking.
